PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES & COSTS
- Standard Shipping to Continental US (1-5 business days): $7.50 (flat rate)
- Standard Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska (5-8 business days): $9.50 (flat rate)
Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $75* within the United States.
*Applies to the purchase of physical products. The amount of a Gift Card purchased does not count towards free shipping,
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately at customersupport@prairiepathsoaps.com so we can resolve the issue.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Address errors found after shipment will incur an additional shipping charge based on the actual cost of shipping (not Flat Rate). It is recommended that customers double-check each address field before submitting an order. Any orders returned to Prairie Path Soaps due to an address error at the fault of the customer will be refunded (less shipping charges paid) if the customer does not wish to pay an additional shipping fee or does not respond to attempts at communication after 5 business days.
